Return and Refund Policy

Once you purchase wine from Oregon Pinot Noir Dot Com, it is your wine. We may store the wine for you until the weather is acceptable for shipping, but we do not buy back your wine. 


Once you receive wine, we accept returns only on damaged bottles, and require photographic evidence of the damage. If we provide credit or arrange a return for damaged wine, we can require you to participate in filing a claim with the carrier used to make the delivery. We may or may not allow returns on wine that is flawed, if you can describe the flaw in a manner that persuades us believe you know what you're talking about. Even then, we do not provide returns or credit on flawed wine after 14 days of receipt.
